What is architecture? lecture Point architects at FSv ČVUT

On Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at 6:00 PM, a lecture by the young studio BOD architects will take place at Atelier D of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, Thákurova 7, as part of the series What is Architecture? In recent years, the studio has achieved success not only in architectural and urban competitions. Among their most well-known projects are the design of the town hall for Prague 7, a multifunctional sports hall in Modřice, and the design of a sports center in Chrudim. They have long-term cooperation, among others, with architect Zdeněk Rothbauer.
Atelier BOD architekti s.r.o. is a company founded in 2015 in Prague, functioning as an association of architects since 2013. The core team consists of Jáchym Svoboda, Jakub Straka, and Vojtěch Sosna. The office collaborates long-term with various experts and specialists from the fields of construction and transportation. The successes of the atelier are surely attributed not only to professional alignment in artistic and conceptual views but also to the fact that its core consists of long-time friends.
