Kotěra lecture hall (room no. 105)

The Best of British series will conclude with Kim Wilkie, a landscape architect and, among other things, a favored garden designer for Prince Charles. As an expert in landscape creation, he contributed to the strategic development plan for the Thames (Thames Landscape Strategy), designed botanical gardens for Moscow and Oxford, and in 2014, won, together with the office of Níall McLaughlin Architects, a competition for the complete redesign of the gardens and surroundings of the Natural History Museum in London.

The lecture series is organized by the Faculty of Architecture of ČVUT with the support and under the auspices of the British Embassy in Prague, offering ČVUT students and the general public a unique opportunity to personally learn about the current state of architecture and design in Great Britain. Admission to the lectures is free.
