Workshop of a respected Czech architect, acclaimed particularly for his progressive work in Germany, where he moved in the 1970s, consists of eleven lectures on construction in its cultural and historical contexts. For master's degree students in the Architecture and Urbanism program, in the field of Architecture, it was prepared by the Institute of Construction I for the summer semester of 2018/2019. The individual lectures are open to all interested parties. The topics of the workshop, focusing one third on theory and the rest on examples from the fields of technology, art, and architecture, are partially based on the book “Ulice na konci světa / Strasse am Ende der Welt”. The workshop will take place in three blocks.
