Most - In the center of Most, 101 new luxury apartments have been created. This is one of the highest numbers in recent years; in the entire Most district, for example, the construction of 112 housing units was started last year. The building named Residence Odeon is part of the commercial and retail complex Central Most. All apartments are already certified, according to the group's marketing manager Kateřina Váně. Approximately 55 percent of the apartments have been sold or rented.
    The apartments, ranging in size from 29 to 122 square meters, are available from 823,000 CZK to five million.
    Central Most, with 82 retail units and underground garages with 350 parking spaces, has been open to the public since last May. The costs of constructing the entire complex, including the apartment building, reached 1.1 billion crowns.
    "The location of the apartments in the central 1st square ensures very good accessibility by public transport and car. The Odeon residence includes 73 parking spaces," stated the CEO of the Crestyl group, Omar Koleilat.
    The Crestyl group has 16 projects under development in the Czech Republic worth 1.2 billion euros (over 32 billion crowns). In northern Bohemia, it has also gained another contract. In the locality of Chomutov's Žižkov Square, it will build the commercial and retail complex Central Chomutov for 310 million crowns, which will include 20 retail units and the Chomutovka Residence with the same number of apartments. The project also includes 52 parking spaces on the roof of the building. Opening is planned for this autumn.
