Načeradec - The state is once again offering the castle in Načeradec in the Benešov region for sale. In previous auctions, no buyer was found. The seventh auction will take place on July 30 in Benešov, with the minimum price reduced to 15 million crowns. This was published on the website by the Office for State Representation in Property Matters.

During the last attempt to sell the monument in mid-May, the lowest bid was 17.5 million crowns, but no offers were received. Similarly, the previous auctions fared. The state originally demanded at least 22 million crowns for the castle. In subsequent attempts to sell, the price was gradually lowered. The castle was taken into ownership two years ago from the Sedlec-Prčice children's home as an unnecessary property. No state institution showed interest in it, which is why it is being offered for sale.

The multi-storey building with a simple façade and the adjacent English park are a cultural monument and are located in the center of the town. The park is connected to an orchard and a former vegetable garden and horticulture with preserved greenhouses, as well as a house for staff, which has partially reconstructed interior spaces.

Although it has not been used since 2015, the castle is still considered to be in relatively good condition according to the office. In 1987, craftsmen repaired the roof, interior spaces, utility networks, and façade. In 2000, the boiler room, heating, and air conditioning were renovated.

The castle was built in 1734 by František Josef von Starhemberg. Until the end of the 1970s, the complex served as a children's home, then it housed a boarding school and later a reformatory.
