A new hotel with 500 beds will be built on the shore of Lipno

Lipno/Guglwald - The rapid development at the reservoir on the Vltava River in South Bohemia is gaining momentum. The project group led by successful hotelier Dietmar Hehenberger (Hotel Guglwald) plans a modern 4-star superior hotel in the heart of Lipno. A plot of land by the dam and official permits for this project valued at nearly 25 million euros are available.

The Family Spa Hotel Lipno embodies the ideal family hotel thanks to its location directly by the dam and extensive infrastructure. Cleverly designed rooms and spatial concepts offer families a place made for relaxation and fun. Besides the water park attached to the hotel, the magnificent outdoor area, and the attractive infrastructure in the South Bohemia region, the project’s complete focus on families is particularly what makes it so special.

"In addition to the 3,500 existing beds in apartments, the Family Spa Hotel Lipno and the concurrently planned wellness hotel in the vicinity will perfectly complement the tourist offerings."
