Acquired exhibition, the second continuation of the Austrian exhibition project. As the title suggests, it is an abbreviation representing young architectural studios from Vienna. The presenters may only include architects under the age of forty-five, based in the Austrian capital, and having at least one realization there.
The aim of the Yo.v.a. project showcase is to show that not only "Western architecture" is of high quality, vibrant, and inspiring, but that progressive studios also exist in Central Europe. Architecture is something that concerns everyone, a connector, and Yo.v.a. is one of the components of this mosaic.
In the first showcase, among the Viennese offices were also architects Querkraft, who had their first international exhibition precisely at the Jaroslav Fragner Gallery. In the next edition, twelve studios will present their work: x architekten, Veit Aschenbrenner Aarchitekten, t-hoch-n ARCHITEKTUR, SUE ARCHITEKTEN, SOLID architecture, polar?, nonconform architektur vor ort, Kiskan Kaufmann, CHRISTOPH KARL + ANDREAS BREMHORST, HOLODECK architects, HEIN – TROY Architekten, gharakhanzadeh sandichler.
