The today's form of Karolinum, the historical and contemporary seat of Charles University, was determined by architect Jaroslav Fragner and is rightly considered a culmination of the work of this brilliant architect and one of the most significant works of Czech architecture of the 20th century. This year marks the 50th anniversary of this significant restoration. This event is commemorated by this year's calendar of the Forum magazine editorial office and an exhibition of photographs at Point Gallery. The photographs document the quiet details and valuable architectural elements that, unlike the whole, simply escape the eye of many.
On September 10, 2019, at 5:00 PM, a vernissage will take place in the gallery as part of the opening of the VI. Bethlehem Cultural Night.
