The subject of the competition is the solution for the reconstruction of the former brewery in Domažlice, or rather its part that remained after a very problematic intervention in the form of the construction of the Kaufland shopping center. The competition deals with the residential building from the mid-19th century and the malt house and hop-drying house from 1898.
The aim of the competition is to find the best solution for the use of the aforementioned buildings for a cultural and social center within the specified structures. The competition is the first step towards the commissioning of a public contract for the processing of project documentation.
