The subject of the competition is the preparation of a conceptual urban-architectural design for the revitalization of Přemyslovců Square in Nymburk. The goal of the competition is to open the process of overall rehabilitation of the public space in the historical center of the city. Based on the competition, an optimal concept and a new perspective on the design of the square area, including access to adjacent streets (especially to Palackého Avenue), should be found. All of this should aim at the return of the original function of the square as a historical and social center of the city, with the aim of increasing its attractiveness and the quality of life within it.
