The town of Planá nad Lužnicí announces on November 11, 2013, an architectural competition for the design of the revitalization of the town center. The subject of the competition is the preparation of a proposal for the modifications of the central public space of Planá nad Lužnicí, particularly regarding architectural and traffic solutions, design of furniture, and landscaping modifications. The competition should examine a new spatial definition of the central public space, propose new material solutions, and bring ideas for its future use, especially with the aim of overall calming traffic in public spaces.
