The Association Za Opavu announces that for the award of the Opava Prize J. M. Olbrich for quality architectural achievements for new buildings realized in the territory of Opava in the years 2013-2014, a total of 18 proposals were received. From these proposals, a total of 15 realizations were nominated for the J. M. Olbrich Prize.


The expert jury will evaluate the nominated buildings in the coming days.

The results and evaluations will be published in a press release on April 24, 2014.
Interested parties can view the nominated buildings from April 14 to April 28, 2015, at the exhibition in the CELLA Gallery on Matiční Street in Opava.
The ceremonial award presentation will take place at the CELLA Gallery on Matiční Street in Opava on April 28, 2015, at 6 PM.

We cordially invite you to the opening of this exhibition of nominated buildings, which will take place at the CELLA Gallery on Matiční Street in Opava on April 14, 2015, at 6 PM.

Also this year, in addition to the evaluation by the expert jury, the Public Voting Prize will be awarded. Voting is possible through a poll on the website zaopavu.cz.

Ing. arch. Lucie Langerová, architect and head of the heritage conservation department of MMO
Ing. arch. Tomáš Pilař, architect
