Are you a student or architect under 33 years old? Take the opportunity and submit your study on the topic of New Life for Old Places to the 7th edition of the Young Architect Award competition. Join the battle for financial and material prizes and gain space to present your work in professional titles. A jury composed of prominent Czech architects will evaluate the submitted works. The public will be introduced to the work as part of a traveling exhibition.

Abandoned, neglected, unused, forgotten… all of these can be reused (e.g.: reconstruction, conversion, revitalization, adaptation, new constructions – enhancing the environment, abandoned and unused buildings, gaps). Recommended Locations for Solutions The selection of locations that are relevant to the topic has been suggested by representatives of the cities where faculties teaching architecture are located. Participants can choose from the recommended locations or come up with an original proposal for a problematic location of their choice within the theme of the competition.
