1966 - graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at VUT Brno1969 - moved to Switzerland, where he worked in various private architectural firms
since 1982 - own studio in Lausanne
since 1985 - taught at a school in Lausanne
since 1990 - in addition to his Swiss practice, he leads a studio of architectural creation at the Faculty of Architecture at VUT Brno
1992 - appointed associate professor at the Faculty of Architecture at VUT Brno
2005 - appointed professor at the Faculty of Architecture at VUT Brno
