Prague - The Bethlehem Cultural Night festival will begin this morning at Bethlehem Square in Prague and its nearby surroundings. Nearly three dozen galleries, cafes, theaters and other cultural institutions are joining in, offering visitors dozens of exhibitions, openings, concerts, tours, screenings, dance or theatrical performances. Among the attractions are a musical show by actor Miloslav König at the Theater Na zábradlí, tango at Café Montmartre, and a nighttime screening of the film Prague Street Spring projected on the façade of the Bethlehem Chapel. Workshops and tours are also targeted this year at seniors and children. There will again be guided tours at the Dominican monastery of St. Giles and at the Náprstek Museum, a film evening at the Ponrepo cinema, and a communal dinner hosted by the KampaNula association at Bethlehem Square, with proceeds donated to disabled citizens of Prague 1. Exhibitions and openings combined with music, readings, theater, workshops or screenings have traditionally been organized by the Ztichlá klika Gallery, U Kunštátů, Krásný ztráty, Standard Café, Gallery U Bethlehem Chapel, Gallery U Prstenu, Literary Café Řetězová, Gallery Jedné věci, Gallery Fotografic and Futurista Universum.
