Frank Lloyd Wright: Principy organické architektury na fotografiích Andrew Pielage

The exhibition at the Winternitz Villa presents a unique long-term project by the renowned American photographer Andrew Pielage, who decided to document the complete works of Frank Lloyd Wright, the most important representative of organic architecture of the last century. Pielage regularly travels across the United States to visit the buildings of this giant, of which there are over 430. As part of this year's exhibition cycle dedicated to organic architecture, curated by Adam Štěch, we could not invite anyone more qualified to the villa.
In the exhibition, the photographer focuses on specific organic principles of Wright, which he illustrates with his own photographs. You will be introduced to them not only through the exhibition but also through a lecture by Andrew Pielage, which will take place on October 19 at 7 PM. Come and take a peek behind the scenes of the entire project, listen to the stories hidden behind individual images, and discover many details and interesting facts thanks to the explanations from the author himself, who has come all the way from Phoenix, Arizona, to present his photographs in Prague.
