Students' conference organized by the Institute of Building Sciences FA CTU, whose main theme is the possibilities for accelerating the construction of transport infrastructure. Innovations in construction technologies, sustainable development, and effective project management will be presented at the conference. The goal of the conference is to find new financing methods, support digital transformation in construction, and create strategies for improving overall infrastructure efficiency.
At the conference, the following will speak in the professional section: - Ing. Štěpán Zaoral, independent department of PPP projects of the Ministry of Transport - Mgr. Martin Kozák, director of the Transport and Energy Construction Office (DESU) - Ing. Zbyněk Hořelica, director of the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure (SFDI) - Ing. Petr Návrat, MSc., director of ONplan, coordinator of the Integrated Urban Development study program at FA CTU - Representative of VINCI Construction CS a.s. - Representative of the Directorate of Roads and Motorways s.p. In the student section, students of doctoral programs at FA, FSv, and FD CTU will present partial results of their research.
The conference is a pilot project of what should become a series of annual meetings focused on specific "development" aspects of creating the built environment and integrating the field of development at FA into related fields at CTU (FSv, FD, MÚVS) as well as the broader professional community.
