The plot is located in the developing residential district of Žverynas, in the meander of the Neris River, in the western part of the capital city of Lithuania, Vilnius.
The spatial and mass solution reflects the functional division of the site. The main two-story building at the front of the plot represents the representative and administrative function, while the elongated mass extending into the garden houses all types of housing. Emphasis was placed on creating various qualities and categories of both outdoor and indoor spaces corresponding to different functions, thus fulfilling the representative function of the representation while also providing sufficient privacy for residence.
The placement of the buildings on the plot aimed to preserve all quality greenery. The elevation of the elongated mass (the building is on legs) frees the garden and significantly visually enlarges the plot. The main building is horizontally divided into an administrative floor and a representative ground floor, with individual functional subgroups then grouped into blocks separated by "skylights". /diplomatic, military, economic section, consular department/
Skylights bring light to the center of the layout, connecting both floors and simultaneously linking the building with the exterior. In the elongated building, the courier rooms, apartments, and residences are tiered with increasing standards and privacy into the depths of the plot. Individual types of housing are linked by the mass of the first, bedroom floor. Mezzanine apartments are designed inversely, with the living area on the upper floor of the extensions, providing private terraces located above the plot. The residence includes a communal living ground floor, extended in the basement with a sauna and relaxation area, a bedroom floor, and a private living space /study/ with a terrace and a view of the river. Both buildings are fully basement.
