The two-story entrance and production tract stands on the existing old wine cellar; the tank hall is located where the former courtyard was; the area is complemented by a meticulously restored historic wine house with a cellar, approximately 200 years old. The modeling of volumes and their size and scale correspond to the surrounding buildings; the large tank hall (the main space for wine production, with the desired internal dimensions of about 10x10 m) is therefore designed as a double-nave. The building brings together two operations: production and social; in addition to the space for wine production and aging, there are also areas designated for tastings and gastronomic sessions, with future plans for the construction of a guesthouse. The project client requested a "non-rustic expression of the building," and the response is white plaster and colorful glass blocks – luxfer, a traditional spice of the architectural culture of our countryside.
