humanity — contact with family and nature — privacy — accessibility — quick implementation — affordability

Starting to build a house while taking care of children and aging parents is not the best idea. However, if it involves a small dwelling near one’s home, it can be one of the best solutions to manage the entire situation.
The modular house was already being manufactured in the factory when we first arrived on site in April 2019. Our task was to place the house on the plot, design the terrace so that the house could serve its purpose well, and integrate it into the garden. By December 2019, the house and terrace were in place, and the garden modifications were completed in 2020.
The terrace structure is made of glazed spruce profiles BHS, and the floor consists of oiled terrace larch boards. The roofing is made of polycarbonate.

It is architecturally small to insignificant, but we liked the assignment. This concept of family life sets the bar high.
