The hall is located between the area with existing sports facilities and the nearby urban development on a plot without a clear urban character. The main entrance is oriented towards Svojsík Street. The entrance for athletes and deliveries is from the opposite side from the parking lot.
The trapezoidal floor plan shape emerged from the shape of the land, the alignment of utility networks, and the desire to preserve the mature birch tree. Pedestrian walkways converge radially towards the main entrance from the directions of pedestrian movement, creating an imaginary branch inspired by the avenue of mature horse chestnuts along Svojsík Street.
The hall consists of three volumes. A masonry base from which two masses rise that respond to the surrounding development. The smaller volume of the universal hall made of polycarbonate is oriented towards the city and reacts to the nearby development of urban houses with its smaller scale. At night, it illuminates and becomes a landmark, a beacon of the sports complex visible from the city. The larger sheet metal volume of the hall itself is positioned towards the arched hall of the winter stadium.
The layout is straightforward. Between the main hall and the club spaces with the universal hall on the upper floor, there are opposing entrances with a continuous corridor, from which dressing rooms, social facilities, referee facilities, and a first aid room are accessible.
The hall itself was designed as a universal space with parameters for first league matches, equipped with lighting and acoustics that allow for television broadcasts. The seating capacity is approximately 300 spectators.
The hall is founded on drilled piles. The structure of the hall is steel, made of solid web trusses, as is the small universal hall. The ground floor is made of ceramic blocks and plastered. The hall is clad in sandwich mineral panels with rastered verticals. The universal hall is clad in polycarbonate. The playing surface is a sprung laminate with a sports finish.
