Family house in Košíře

The house for a family of art and life lovers is itself a poetic creation. The design of the house emerged right away, followed by a longer phase for the design of the roof extension, where the family intends to spend enough time for it to be spacious, versatile, protect privacy, and yet not obstruct views, all while meeting technical requirements. The poetry of the house lies in its purity, in the bright spaces that provide ample room for a life surrounded by art. Thanks to the cantilevered floors, the visible load-bearing structure remains unobtrusive.
The masonry building features reinforced concrete horizontal structures and a reinforced concrete extension on the roof.
