The villa stands on the seaside as a recreational property for the entrepreneur, his family, and friends. The client is a lover and owner of boats. The house utilizes local material – Brač limestone, renowned throughout Europe, from which it is entirely constructed or clad.
A single walk with the investor through the historic part of Zadar, with its ancient monuments, was enough to discover the architectural key. Here, the character of the house was decided, which, through its arrangement, evokes the atmosphere of historical shadows full of courtyards, while also providing ubiquitous views of the sea.
