Architectural and layout solution
The new building is designed on a slightly sloping terrain on parcel no. 63/5, lying in the direction of contour lines, with the side of the new building parallel to the property boundary. It is a single-storey house, with a longitudinal rectangular floor plan reminiscent of the classic development of historical houses in the region.
The proposed house includes:
- Social part of the house: entrance area – porch with a shelter, hallway with a wardrobe, living area with a kitchen corner, storage room with the technical background of the house.
- Quiet part of the house: parents' bedroom with a wardrobe, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), children's room.
The external character is designed from natural materials: wooden larch cladding, combined with modern glazing. The roofing is designed as a gable roof.
On the southern side of the family house, a light wooden walkable terrace is proposed, which visually expands the living space into the exterior.
Material solution of the house
The family house is designed as a wooden structure. The composition of the external structure consists of wooden load-bearing columns, Rockwool thermal insulation, Nicofol diffusion foil, battens, counter-battens, and facade wooden larch boards. The internal wall surface is made of drywall with vapor barrier. The floor surface is proposed with polyurethane screed.
The covering is proposed in a system of folded aluminum-zinc with recessed gutters and downspouts under the facade.
The glazed parts of the house, windows, and doors are designed as insulating double glazing with aluminum frames in a natural appearance (anodized aluminum).
