Reconstruction of the building of the City District of Prague 4

The reconstruction of the building of the City District of Prague 4 was focused on its interior. The public interaction spaces are divided by laminate featuring motifs of slender bamboo trunks, which are also reflected in other details of the interior. Each floor is treated in a different color for clarity and to distinguish the functions of the various departments of the city district. The design of the interior spaces is also partially reflected on the façade of the building, whose dominant feature is the "town hall" clock and whose face is softened by the use of natural materials: wooden cladding and live vegetation.
