During the first tour of the premises, the space of the former industrial building, originally a manufacturer of packaging and advertising materials, made an impression on the architects. The main goal thus became to preserve and highlight the industrial appearance, the bare expressive infrastructure in contrast to the newly built modern spaces. Concrete beams, high ceilings, and screed floors are complemented by creative spaces. In the dark gray boxes, we find colorful phone booths, seating areas, and relaxation zones.
The realization is based on a modern approach to office operation. Employees have ample space for rest, meetings with colleagues, and unwinding during working hours. Concentration and performance at the workplace are balanced by adequate leisure areas with the possibility of playing games, coworking, or handling personal matters. The clean and simple open space in white-gray shades primarily serves for work, while colorful and creative communal areas are intended specifically for creative meetings, relaxation, and recharging energy.
The hard and smooth surfaces of the cool interior are refreshed by soft and acoustically absorbent warm materials. The "fluffy" elements are pleasant to the touch, chosen from a range of shades of corporate colors, inviting one to lie down. The appearance is accentuated by striking LED panels that reflect in the epoxy industrial coating. We have recessed simple spotlights into the ceilings.
Overall, the interior is spread across three floors connected by a hall and staircases. It is an open work area, although some parts have been separated by glass partitions according to the investor's requirements. All individual offices are oriented towards shared colorful "centers," where employees occasionally gather and share their work experiences. The offices should serve both for high productivity and daily needs - to recharge, read the daily news over a cup of coffee, and laugh with colleagues.
