The interior of the VAVRYS CZ headquarters in Luhačovice addresses the internal spaces of a new modern administrative building, including a presentation hall and a corporate sample showroom for one of the largest domestic distributors of clothing, footwear, and bicycles for sports and leisure.
The administrative headquarters is a two-story building, with office spaces, a meeting room, and staff facilities accessible from the entrance hall and reception area on the ground floor. The second floor is reserved for the presentation and demonstration hall, as well as the offices for management, marketing, a meeting room, and support facilities.
The layout is based on the investor's requirements to ensure a quality working environment for uninterrupted work of individual teams in separate offices with good acoustic comfort, while also creating shared areas such as a cafeteria and an outdoor atrium for informal meetings of employees and clients.
The material solution of the common areas reflects the focus of VAVRYS CZ on sports and outdoor activities, fulfilling contemporary demands for the use of sustainable and natural materials in the form of wooden wall cladding with larch slats, the use of a vegetative wall in the entrance area to improve the microclimate, and the use of raw materials such as concrete shells for the reception and sanitary facilities.
A significant visual identification of the building is the staircase with a glass wall separating it from the entrance hall and communication areas. The glass wall with a dichromatic surface creates a constantly changing dynamic color effect depending on the angle of incoming light due to upper daylight access. In a way, it reflects the dynamics of VAVRYS CZ while simultaneously embodying the variability and colorfulness of all presented and offered sports products.
Given the very diverse range of sports goods, the color scheme of the individual offices is intentionally subdued, combining white and shades of gray with a subtle colored accent on the floor and furniture. This creates a calm and pleasant working environment. The offices vary in size for work teams ranging from 3 to 8 employees.
Two meeting rooms are available for joint meetings and presentation events. The lighting in the main meeting room consists of spatial dimmable LED fixtures, which also serve as design spatial elements, similar to those in the entrance hall. The acoustics of the meeting rooms are treated with cladding made of wooden larch slats or large-format Heradesign fiberboard panels.
The presentation hall follows the material solutions established in other shared spaces of the company. The wooden cladding and exposed structural framework of glued trusses, combined with dark gray Heradesign acoustic panels on the walls and ceiling, give the space a slightly industrial and timeless appearance. Larch slats on the walls allow for the exhibition and presentation of both sports bikes and footwear and textiles.
Spatial lighting, sound systems for the hall, and ample daylight are the foundation for quality presentations of new product collections to clients.
The sanitary facilities are designed with a combination of ceramic tiles and cladding in contrast to the fixtures of design sanitary elements made from exposed white concrete.
