Design of a small cabin in a meadow in the woods, without electricity, without signal, with water from a spring, where the foxes say goodnight. A paradise for children. Also for adults.
The cabin is built on the footprint of the original cabin, which had to be demolished due to a state of emergency. It is a wooden structure built using the "two by four" system on a concrete slab with minimum thermal insulation thickness, as the cabin is inhabited sporadically and almost always short-term. Nonetheless, it provides maximum comfort even in the harshest winters. The roof is a shed type with standing seam metal cladding, and the facade is made of untreated larch wood cladding. In winter, large wooden windows allow warm sunlight to enter while providing beautiful views and maximum connection with the surrounding nature. In summer, almost everything takes place on the covered larch terrace and the adjacent meadow.
