The file of five apartment buildings was designed as part of a invited competition in Prague-Dejvice. The flat plot, which is surrounded by a slope on two sides, feels like a valley. Therefore, the design focuses on creating a quality space within the plot - the inner block, to which the main living areas of the apartments are oriented. The volumes of the buildings are distributed in an irregular checkerboard grid, ensuring that each of the five buildings has ample free space.
