Representative, inspiring, and pleasant surroundings are a fundamental prerequisite for the establishment of the new company headquarters. The five-story building with one underground level is designed based on a simple rectangular floor plan with four atriums, creating a clear and compact layout essential for a functioning workplace for 400 employees. The four atriums not only visually connect the entire building and maximize its light, including the underground level, but also create a unique accent on the overall appearance of the structure by manifesting on the building's perimeter in the form of two-story openings. On each side of the façade, there is one view into the interior of the building, which additionally offers outdoor relaxation terraces with views of the surroundings on the upper floors. Outdoor relaxation areas surrounded by greenery play a significant role in the project, with an emphasis also placed on a representative forecourt of the building featuring greenery and water surfaces.

The ground floor includes the entrance, a lobby with reception, a cafeteria, small meeting rooms, and offices. The second to fourth above-ground floors are entirely dedicated to offices, meeting rooms, and facilities for employees. The fifth floor is largely intended for the company's management offices, and the "side wings" house soundproof air conditioning technologies. The building's roof features a relaxation garden. The underground level includes two conference halls with facilities, technical spaces for the building, an archive, storage areas, and parking for 28 vehicles. Employee and visitor parking is located in front of the building and is designed in a park-like format.

The load-bearing structure is a reinforced concrete skeleton, to which the main glass façade with triple glazing and a film controlling solar energy passage will be attached. Along the outer perimeter of the building, a second façade is set forward, made of wooden or metal shading slats. The two-story openings through the building into the atriums are highlighted by concrete frames. In the inner atriums, interior blinds will be added to the glass façade. The flat roof will be equipped with solar panels, extensive greenery, paving, flower boxes with taller greenery, and garden furniture.
