The architectural studio PSARCHITEKTI, based in Prague, was founded by ing. arch. Luděk Podlipný and ing. Martin Sladký in 2003. The team currently consists of 12 architects and engineers.
We have extensive experience in the realization of buildings in the area of residential development, but we also enjoy working on projects for family and recreational housing, interiors, administrative and cultural buildings, and urban designs.
Our specialty is know-how in the design and implementation of low-energy and passive residential buildings and the integration of energy-saving technologies into our constructions.
In our projects, we always strive to connect a good concept, contemporary design, and quality functional properties of the building. We enjoy well-designed and executed details of constructions, and we take pride in bringing our houses to completion.
Our clients include significant development companies such as JRD, CPI, Metrostav Development, and PSN.
