In addition to utilizing energy-efficient materials (in recent years, myBAU IPS has primarily built its houses from autoclaved aerated concrete Ytong), the company also emphasizes the selection of the right location.
Four years ago, we were looking for a replacement for a competitive building material, with which we had been long-term dissatisfied regarding the quality of the unground edges, and working with it was complicated during the surface treatments of the external envelope of the building and subsequent installations of trades. The necessity for additional installation of polystyrene or plaster due to leveling the envelope for the installation of colored plaster led us to introduce Ytong autoclaved aerated concrete and Silka lime-sand blocks from Xella into the project preparation of our buildings. This decision was one of the best during my time in the construction industry.
Ytong masonry provides high efficiency for construction, implementation is faster, and with the correct application, only minimal waste is produced. The speed of subsequent trades in the area of rough electrical installations and plumbing-heating guarantees a significant reduction in construction costs. This year, the developer group myBAU IPS is completing the construction of a larger development in the municipality of Holubice, where a total of 40 terraced houses and 21 residential units located in 7 villa houses will be handed over in two phases. “Furthermore, we will be handing over 10 terraced houses in the municipality of Křenovice this year. At the same time, in 2022, we are launching construction in the municipality of Hodějice, where 10 villa houses with a total of 24 residential units will be built. In Brno, on Auerswaldova street, we will start the construction of a seven-story apartment building with parking spaces this year, totaling 31 residential units.
For 2023, we are preparing to start construction in the city of Blansko with a volume of 93 residential units and a parking garage with a total of 120 parking spaces. For the coming years, we are preparing projects with a total volume of 240 residential units in the municipalities of Kuřim, Lipůvka, and Hrušovany near Brno. All the constructions I have mentioned are and will be implemented exclusively using autoclaved aerated concrete and lime-sand blocks and other products from Xella.” concludes Mgr. Ing.
