Please meet Paula, Say hi to Klara, Presenting Otto… These are not phrases ripped from a beginner's social conversation, but rather Czech translations of individual decors from the new collection of 100% bio flooring Wineo PURLINE 1200. These permanently elastic and highly durable coverings from a leading German manufacturer are very friendly to both nature and the user. The new collection of "well-mannered" eco-friendly floors, which even greet you (e.g., decor Hello Martha / Ahoj Marto), is imported to the Czech market by Kratochvíl parket profi.

The Wineo PURLINE 1200 series follows the collections labeled PURLINE 1000 and PURLINE 1500. All three series share 100% eco-friendliness, which is not limited to the composition of the flooring, but far exceeds the bounds of conventional understanding of this term. The term eco-friendly product can actually have various meanings; most often it indicates that no chemical substances were used in the production of the product. However, it can also imply recyclability or ecological maintenance. The floors from the Wineo PURLINE 1200 series meet all these parameters to the utmost.

No Chemistry at All

Wineo PURLINE 1200 is a collection of 100% bio coverings made exclusively from natural substances. These include castor or linseed oil and gypsum, which are raw materials derived from renewable sources. No artificial additives, no plasticizers or chlorine are used here. As a result, these coverings are also 100% recyclable, their disposal does not burden the environment, and in case of fire, no toxic gases and almost no smoke are generated. The third aspect of the eco-friendliness of the floors from this series lies in maintenance. The wear layer is made entirely of pure natural polyurethane, thus maintenance requires only clean water—without the addition of any cleaning product.

When it comes to decors, the new range of eco-friendly coverings Wineo PURLINE 1200 primarily features imitations of popular woods and natural stones. However, do not expect to choose between designs named arctic oak, nordic pine, and similarly dry-labeled products. The manufacturer has chosen truly unconventional terminology for the Wineo PURLINE 1200 series. The decors have names like Please meet Paula, Say hi to Klara, Call me Tilda, Cheer for Lisa, Smile for Emma, or Hello Martha. Naturally, there are also male names represented, such as in the cases of decors named Presenting Karl, This is Theo, or Introducing Otto… These names only underline the uniqueness of these coverings, which lies in their friendly relationship with the environment and the user.

Truly Durable

Whichever decor appeals to you, you can rest assured that the Wineo PURLINE 1200 floor will withstand even challenging conditions. “With a load class of 33, it is designed for the most demanding areas of the home as well as highly trafficked spaces in the commercial sector. The exceptional durability and long lifespan of these coverings is ensured by the wear layer made from biopolyurethane ecuran,” explains Milan Mrkáček, head of regional sales at Kratochvíl parket profi.

Freedom in Installation Methods

The manufacturer Wineo offers the user the option to choose the installation method that best suits specific conditions for most of its flooring coverings. This is no different for the new Wineo PURLINE 1200 series. “Individual decors can be purchased either as pieces intended for full surface bonding, or as pieces with a click system for floating installation, either on an HDF board or on a rigid SPC board. This last option is practical for situations where one needs to deal with uneven subfloors. Rigid SPC not only allows for maintaining a low construction height of the covering, but also prevents imperfections in the subfloor from showing through the covering. This property makes the PURLINE 1200 floors suitable for use both in new buildings and during renovations,” notes Milan Mrkáček from KPP.

A Healthy, Pleasant, and Safe Floor for Toddlers

Thanks to the zero content of chemicals, PURLINE 1200 floors do not emit any odor. Thus, they are suitable for environments where asthmatics, allergy sufferers, and families with small children—who especially crawl on the floor and tend to lick everything—live.

The bio floor Wineo PURLINE 1200 has many other advantages. It is quiet, pleasant to walk on barefoot—soft and warm, and due to its elasticity, it also puts less strain on the joints. It is suitable for installation over underfloor heating and for rooms with higher humidity, such as kitchens and bathrooms. With certified slip resistance, it ensures safe movement even in damp environments.
