The German manufacturer Witex, a significant brand in the international field of floor coverings, is renowned primarily for producing high-quality laminate flooring. It is this collection of Witex laminate floors that this German manufacturer has processed exclusively for the specialized retail network of flooring 1 FLOOR, whose branches can be found distributed throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The exclusive collection from Witex, with sole representation in the 1 FLOOR network, includes seven 1-strip boards in wood decor. Light to medium-dark shades of both pure and rustic wood decors of oak, walnut, and cypress are highlighted by the matte structured surface of the boards. The panels are rated for load class 23/32 and abrasion resistance AC4, making them suitable for installation in high-traffic private areas as well as in moderately used commercial properties. The standard for the panels measuring 1280 x 192 x 9 mm is the Noise Reduct Basic soundproofing underlay. The flooring covering, including the underlay, is suitable for installation over underfloor heating.

Oak Vintage, Cypress Meteora, Oak Bennett, Oak Cambridge, Oak Old, Oak Canyon, and Walnut Cevennes, these are the names of the seven decors, arranged from the calmest to the most rustic. The light decor Meteora, inspired by cypress wood, enchants with its purity and elegance. The decor of Oak Canyon appears more turbulent with its shading, blending light and dark shades, and more pronounced knots and growth rings. The warmest shade is offered by the more subdued Oak Cambridge or the striking Walnut Cevennes. The decor itself is emphasized by a high-quality matte surface with a subtle texture.

The layered laminate flooring, made according to standard EN 13329, is designed for floating installation using the Loc Tec locking system. The panels consist of a top melamine layer in a matte texture, protecting the decorative film, which is placed on a durable HDF Protect medium-density fiberboard. The bottom stabilizing layer is made of resin. Beneath it lies the final layer, the Noise Reduct Basic soundproofing underlay, with which the flooring is equipped as a standard from the manufacturer. In addition to the HDF Protect base board, the edges are impregnated against moisture, contributing to higher resistance to humidity.

The flooring can be safely installed over underfloor heating, accompanied by a vapor barrier - PE film. To achieve higher comfort in use, it is advisable to place a step pad under the flooring. The thermal resistance value, including the underlay, is 0.08 (m²K)/W. The manufacturer declares it suitable for use in intensively used private areas and in moderately loaded public objects. The warranty for the flooring is 25 years in the private sector and 5 years in the commercial area.
