The art prints at 100ks come from more than 60 of the most interesting living Czech and Slovak artists, including Krištof Kintera, Petr Nikl, Martin Krajc, Veronika Holcová, and Ester Knapová. The selection aims to reflect contemporary Czech art in all its breadth and diversity. You can also have the prints delivered framed in a black or oak frame and protected by plexiglass, which guarantees color permanence for up to 100 years.

The price for a signed print is several thousand crowns, with the maximum being around thirteen thousand. This makes quality art a more or less accessible alternative to generic pictures from department stores and DIY markets.

"Contemporary quality architecture and contemporary quality art belong together. Why should a house built in the 21st century in the Czech Republic have anything other than current works by top artists? Moreover, when you can easily acquire them in accessible forms of art prints?” asks the founder of the 100ks project, Jakub Svoboda, who came up with the project in the most natural way – he wanted to acquire contemporary art for his home, but the confusing market made it difficult for him to orient himself.

100ks.cz is thus a kind of ticket into the world of contemporary art. "The project was born out of interest in contemporary Czech art, a desire to surround oneself with it, and to get to know the artists of our generation. Thanks to 100ks, you no longer have to have unmeaningful pictures on the walls of your home, office, or even hotel. Instead, you can surround yourself with works by contemporary living artists who create in the same time and society in which we live,” adds Svoboda.
