Karel Prager

“Architecture as a manifestation of art follows rules that are subject to its time. People need to get used to new things.”

Karel Prager, 2001

Versus Architect and Four Days invite you within the framework of the 4+4 Days in Motion festival to two unique evenings in the building of the former federal assembly, presenting the work and person of architect Karel Prager.

October 13, 2009 > 21:00 > KAREL GOTT PRAGER > SPAM > VLADIMÍR 518 > DAVID VRBÍK > ONDŘEJ ANDĚRA
An audiovisual composition interwoven with the theme of the life and work of the greatest and most controversial Czech architect of the second half of the 20th century. Karel Prager (1923-2001) is still rejected by the general public and many in the artistic scene, having been labeled as pro-communist and pro-system before and after the revolution, too insensitive and radical.
