French designer and vice president of Dassault Systèmes, Anne Asensio, has accepted an invitation from the Czech Technical University and will give a lecture at the Faculty of Architecture on Monday, March 10th. Asensio is in Prague for the meeting of the jury of the Prague International Dassault Systèmes Design Challenge, of which she is the chairwoman.
Asensio has extensive experience in automotive design. From 2000 to 2007, she held significant design positions at GM. Before that, she successfully led design teams at Renault, where she was responsible for the design of small and medium vehicles. She contributed to the development and design of models such as the first Twingo, Clio, Mégane Scénic, and others. Anne Asensio has received several prestigious awards (Automotive News – Automotive Woman of the Year 2007, 25 Rising Stars, Fortune magazine 2001, etc.). She has been working for Dassault Systèmes since November 2007. Her main task is the design and implementation of solutions for designers and design studios.
The lecture will take place on Monday, March 10th at the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University (Thákurova 9, Prague 6) in hall number 105 Kotěra starting at 6 PM.
