Within the lecture series 'Architect in Practice' intended for 2nd-year MSP students, on Thursday November 30, 2017 at 5:00 PM, a lecture by Ondřej Synek, co-founder of re: architects, will take place in room A118 at the Faculty of Architecture at the Brno University of Technology, Poříčí 5.
MgA. Ondřej Synek (*1983 Prague) graduated in 2011 from the School of Architecture under Professor Emil Přikryl at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and subsequently co-founded the architectural studio re: architects. Together with Michal Kuzemenský, he led the architecture and urbanism studio Kuzemenský & Synek at the Faculty of Architecture of CTU (2011-17).
The architectural studio re: architects was established in 2011 with the vision of working on urban planning tasks. Gradually, we have started to engage in not only urban planning but also architecture and the execution of building constructions. Our portfolio of references ranges from family houses to master plans. We offer comprehensive services at all stages of project documentation. We address problems and topics at various scales; a good knowledge of the site is the foundation for gaining the trust of clients, citizens, and successful project execution. We have the desire and ability to engage with citizens, initiate participation, and present work in a way that is understandable to the layperson. We publish in professional journals, teach, exhibit, and give lectures. More information >
