Selectivity procedure at UMPRUM in the field of Architectural Creation

The Rector of the Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague, located at Prague 1, nám. Jana Palacha 80, announces in accordance with the provisions of § 77 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on higher education and on the amendment and supplementation of other laws and the valid internal regulation on selection procedures for academic staff a selection procedure for the position of academic staff:

Assistant to the Head of the Studio of Architecture II.
As part of the institutional strategy for internationalization, the school aims to offer its students the opportunity to gain education with strong international elements on home ground. Therefore, for the leadership of the Studio of Architecture II, it is looking for an internationally successful artistic individual who will be able to implement a study program with prominent internationalization and intercultural elements. The assistant to the head is especially expected to assist the main teaching educator in the teaching of the main studio subject and to ensure administrative processes associated with the activities of the studio.

Qualifications:
- University education (at least a master's degree) in the specified field;
- relevant work experience;
- excellent knowledge of the English language (studio teaching will be conducted in English);
- teaching experience is welcome.

Course of the selection procedure:
The applicant will be selected in accordance with the valid internal regulation of the Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague - Rules of the Selection Procedure for Filling Academic Staff Positions according to Article 2, paragraph 11.
The final results of the selection procedure will be announced to individual applicants in advance.
