ARCHITECT (maternity leave cover for 3 years)
Job description: - Processes and discusses the development concept of the area with relevant authorities - Prepares documentation and studies for construction project documentation - Expresses opinions on maintenance plans, repairs, investment construction, and building modifications - Collaborates with the Monument Care Department of the City of Brno - Monitors and analyzes the development of foreign exhibition areas - Assists in building the service and equipment system of the company’s site - Collaborates on processing data and materials for GIS
Requirements: - University degree in architecture - Knowledge of PC work in programs Auto CAD / 2D + 3D /, Corel, (MS Office) - Organizational skills - Very good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Reliability, independent assertive behavior, flexibility, result orientation - Active knowledge of English or German - Opportunity for graduates
