This year, the 13th edition of the competition BUILDINGS OF THE KARLOVY VARY REGION is underway, in which an expert jury and the public select the best buildings in the Karlovy Vary region, regardless of their character and purpose, which were approved and put into operation during the period from January 1, 2012, to April 20, 2013. In addition to completed buildings, projects and studies of buildings developed in the previous five years can also be submitted to the competition. The third part of the competition is a public vote on a monument of the Karlovy Vary region. In the previous two editions, voters selected the most endangered monuments in the region. This year, for the first time, the title of a rescued monument is being contested. With your vote, you can help appreciate the efforts of the owners of these properties who have reconstructed originally neglected or dilapidated buildings and thereby saved them from destruction.
The online public voting for the 13th edition of the competition is already in full swing. Choose your favorites and get the chance to win one of 20 prizes from the Imperial Hotel Karlovy Vary, which is also an honorary partner of the competition.
Internet voting for the Buildings of the Karlovy Vary Region competition will last until June 7, 2013 (4:00 PM). Participate here.
In order to be included in the drawing for 20 attractive prizes, it is necessary to vote in all 3 parts of the voting (building, project, monument).
