The Residence U Milosrdných has been approved. The new construction project took an incredible 25 years.

The Residence U Milosrdných in Prague's Old Town has successfully passed inspection. This extraordinary six-story building, embedded in the historical core of Prague, offers a total of 27 fully equipped apartments ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk for those interested in premium rental housing. Besides the apartments, the building also includes two modern commercial spaces, underground garages, and storage rooms. The design is the work of architect Zdeněk Fránek, whose style gives the project an unmistakable character.

"The project has been in the works for almost twenty-five years. Building even a regular house in Prague is a long-distance race, but constructing in Prague's Old Town, that is, in the historical core, is exceptionally challenging in terms of approvals. The original design by architect Zdeněk Fránek for this location was known as 'Marshmallow', however, that did not receive approval and the current form was realized. This emerged from an architectural competition organized by our company. The combination of perhaps the most prestigious possible location and premium execution makes the Residence U Milosrdných an extraordinary property for rental housing. This is also reflected in the price, with monthly rent starting at 45,000 crowns," says Jiří Vajner, CEO of CREDITAS Real Estate.
