Architecture week has officially begun. This year's theme transportation may seem unattractive at first glance, but the opposite is true. Perhaps a somewhat overlooked area holds immense architectural potential. Primarily because transport and technical infrastructure is the cornerstone of every city, as a typological and technological sector it evolves the fastest, and its creative potential is essentially unlimited. The curator of the entire exhibition is Doc. Ing. arch. Radomíra Sedláková, CSc., the main part of the exhibition is again at the Letohrádek at Prague Castle, but throughout the city, and not just Prague, there are accompanying exhibitions and events scattered. Go and take a look at territorial plans, concepts, train stations, airports, parking garages, stops... and everything else that is influenced by transportation.
