Hotel in the BB Center by Aulík-Fišer is to have 14 above-ground floors

Prague - The hotel planned by developer Radim Passer to be built in the BB Center in Michle is set to have 14 above-ground floors. He wanted to start construction this year, but he must complete a full environmental impact assessment, as stated in the decision published in the EIA database. Along with the hotel, the developer will build a 13-story administrative building H.

The hotel and administrative building will rise around the streets of 5. května and Vyskočilova. They will be connected by an underground parking lot for employees, hotel guests, and visitors. There will be 370 parking spaces in several underground levels.
The entrance to the hotel, lobby, and reception will be on the first floor, the second will house a conference center with a hall for 400 people. The third floor will serve hotel administration. Guest rooms will be on the fourth floor and above. The highest, 14th floor will feature a restaurant with a terrace, a lounge, and spaces for fitness and wellness.
The administrative building will offer 8,200 m² of office space for rent. The authors of the design are the architectural studio Aulík Fišer architects.
The municipal environment protection department decided that the investor must prepare complete EIA documentation. The office wants to evaluate the impact on the air quality situation, noise load, and public health, among other things. The investor must also design the building to ensure that construction work has the least negative impact on the surroundings. In total, ten binding conditions were set that the documentation must include.
According to the documents, the developer planned to start construction this year, with completion expected next year. However, the necessity of developing the EIA documentation before initiating land use proceedings and applying for a building permit is likely to delay the start of construction.
The BB Center has been gradually built by developer Passer for 20 years. During this time, he has invested 14 billion crowns. In addition to offices and apartments, there is now a Christian primary and kindergarten school, a community center, and the Balance Club Brumlovka fitness and wellness center within the complex. Currently, seven phases remain to be completed, including three residential, three administrative, and a hotel with conference facilities. The total area of the complex is expected to be 375,000 square meters, with investment costs rising to 21 billion crowns.
Passerinvest Group was founded by Radim Passer in 1991. Its main project is the multifunctional BB Center in Prague 4 - Michle. It has also constructed projects such as the administrative-commercial project Nová Karolina Park in Ostrava.
