Prague - In the Delta building in Prague's BB Center, Hewlett-Packard will relocate alongside Microsoft. Together, the two companies will occupy approximately 30,000 square meters, which is three-quarters of the entire building. Radim Passer, Chairman of the Board of Passerinvest Group, announced this at today's press conference. The construction of the building, which began in early 2012, is expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year.
    Both companies are long-term tenants in the BB Center, moving to the new building from buildings C and Alpha. Hewlett-Packard has leased 17,000 m² in Delta, while Microsoft has taken 11,500 m² of space.
    The Delta building, which is the seventeenth building of the multifunctional complex BB Center, offers a total of 40,000 square meters of leasable space in eight above-ground floors, 800 square meters of retail space on the ground floor, and nearly 800 parking spaces in five underground levels.     BB Center developer Passer has been gradually building for 20 years. During this time, he has invested 14 billion crowns. In addition to offices and apartments, there is now a Christian primary and nursery school, a community center, and a fitness and wellness center called Balance Club Brumlovka on the premises. Currently, seven phases remain to be completed, including three residential, three administrative, and a hotel with conference facilities. The complex is expected to cover an area of 375 thousand square meters, with investment costs amounting to 21 billion crowns.
    Passerinvest Group was founded in 1991 by Radim Passer. Its main project is the multifunctional complex BB Center in Prague 4 - Michle. It has also constructed the administrative and commercial project Nová Karolina Park in Ostrava.
