Prague - The area of the former Nusle dairy in Prague is up for sale. It is being sold by the company Naxos through a competitive bidding process. The recommended purchase price is 95 million crowns. The area, which is currently used for administration and storage, occupies land measuring more than 7,500 square meters. The end of the first round of bidding is October 14.

According to Naxos, the area has an annual net rental income of 8.1 million crowns and development potential. "After the zoning plan was changed, new construction is possible here," said Michal Augustýn, the manager of this transaction from Naxos. This means that in the future there could be residential buildings, a shopping center, or garages, he added.
The Nusle area, which is almost fully occupied by tenants, consists of, among other things, the main production building, warehouses, offices, shops, and other facilities. It also includes a parking lot that can accommodate up to 60 cars.
In 2009, Central Group wanted to build 200 luxury apartments in the area. However, they later abandoned the plan, stating that they wanted to focus on the development of land with a higher number of apartments. "The Nusle dairy was too small a project for us," said the company's management. The E15 newspaper speculated at the time that the costs of cleaning and revitalizing the entire complex would likely disproportionately increase the proposed project's expenses.
