Architecture of Coexistence - Bedřiška and Bellevue di Monaco - screening of KVU
Kino of Visual Arts, Artyčok.TV, and Klub AVU cordially invite you on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 7:30 PM to the summer cinema (not only) in the garden of Prague's AVU.
The Prague premiere of the series Architecture of Coexistence will present the first two episodes: Osada Bedřiška and Bellevue Di Monaco.
The starting motif for the creation of this documentary series is the effort to demystify concepts such as social housing, problematic localities, exclusion, and disadvantage. It focuses on Central European examples of so-called good practice, where local communities attempt to create, mostly through self-help, a functional social or material basis for a dignified life. The key to the selected locations is the significant role of architects or artists, who act as some of the main drivers of change in the projects.
The series will be presented by the authors Janek Rous and Karolína Kripnerová with Vojtěch Sigmund (Architects Without Borders).

7:30 PM - concert by FEDERSEL (film music composer)
8:30 PM - film screenings
