Turbulence House in New Mexico by Steven Holl

Steven Holl designed a house for American painter and sculptor Richard Tuttle and his wife Mei-Mei Berssenbrugge in Albique, New Mexico. The small project, named for several reasons Turbulence House, was meant to address the clients' midlife crisis in a certain way. A 1:1 scale model of the Turbulence House was built by Steven Holl four years ago at the Basilica Palladiana during his retrospective exhibition.
