The Tryptique Atelier consists of a quartet of architects partially based in France and Brazil. Their current project, the AIR Madalena residential high-rise, is designed for the center of São Paulo, Brazil. The slender nine-story building is planned for a very narrow plot on one of the best streets in the Vila Madalena district. A total of six loft apartments are to be created, ranging from 100 to 140 m² with adjacent terraces. A wide base is formed by a pair of apartments connecting to an outdoor garden. The slender tower consists of four generously designed two-story apartments. The building significantly surpasses the surrounding developments and offers unique views of the city. Its slim silhouette creates an airy and tranquil impression amidst the chaotic surroundings. The first residents are expected to move into the building as early as 2016. More information >
