Oslo - In the north of Norway, above the Arctic Circle, a new sauna has opened, which its creators claim is the largest public facility of its kind in the world. It's called Agora and can accommodate up to 150 people. The sauna is located on the coast near the town of Bodø. It was created as part of a cultural project for an art festival. Visitors can enjoy views of the beach and the sea while warming their bodies, as the building has a glass wall facing the coast. The sauna also includes a bar. The heating of the sauna is taken care of by four wood-burning stoves. When they are not in use, the project authors plan to host concerts, seminars, theatrical performances, or author readings here. The sauna is open every Saturday and the price for adults is set at 175 Norwegian kroner (approximately 530 CZK). More information >
